Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, it will ship within 24 - 48 business hours (weekends and holidays not included). Orders are shipped with USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping times are a guideline and are not a guarantee. Add Lucy package protection at checkout to protect your order against loss or theft.
When you add Lucy package protection, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate event that they arise. Your claim will be reviewed within 24 hours and approved for a reorder or refund.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
