What items that cannot be returned/refunded?Updated 9 months ago

Please note the following:

• Product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
• If you purchased a product in a retail store that carries Lucy, you will have to follow that store's return/ exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns online if you originally purchased it from a retailer and retailers cannot accept return or exchanges for items purchased online.
• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• All returns/ exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
