Subscriptions are commitment free, and can be cancelled anytime prior to charges being processed. Subscription cancellations made after a charge is processed will only cancel future orders and charges.  

Any charge made prior to a subscription cancellation can be refunded once the product has been returned to Lucy. Refunds may take as long as 5-10 business days to show up on the original form of payment.
