Yes, you can refuse a shipment for a full refund. Please write "refused" on your order when it arrives. This will route it back to our warehouse. We can issue a refund once the refusal has been received.

To expedite the refund process, please keep an eye on your USPS status. We can issue a refund once the status on the USPS site has changed from delivered and shows that it is on its way back to our warehouse. Please reach out at [email protected] once the status has been updated so that we can issue a full refund.
