Article 1: Making changes to your subscriptionUpdated 8 months ago

Update or cancel your subscription
One-time orders do not create customer accounts. Only placing a subscription order will create a customer account.

Managing your subscription (including skipping, delaying, or canceling future shipments), you can do so easily from your account page by selecting "Account" within the header and logging in.

To log in on a mobile phone, you'll want to select the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top left of your screen to open the drop-down menu and see the log-in option. Enter your email and then use the login code sent to your email to complete the login. Logging into your account requires passcode verification, not a password. Once logged in, you can use the drop-down menu if you're on a mobile phone or the menu bar if you're on a desktop computer.

Enter the email address that you used when you made your initial purchase. You will receive an email, or SMS, code for verification. Enter the code and you will be redirected to your account portal.

This menu lists subscriptions, delivery schedules, purchase histories, shipping addresses, and payment methods. Select the subscription option at the top of the main header.

You will want to use the drop-down menu on a mobile phone. Choose the option to manage your subscription. This will allow you to update relevant account information, such as the card on file, next charge date, and order frequency, skip a shipment, quantity, flavor, and shipping address, and cancel your subscription.

Skip or delay
Select the "Subscription" option at the top. This will take you to your subscriptions. Scroll down and you will see the option to "skip shipment". Once you select the option to skip the shipment you will be redirected to your updated subscriptions page which will display the next order date.

You can also set your orders to come at any frequency that you'd like

Cancel
Select "cancel a subscription," select the reason for cancellation, click "next," then enter any comments you would like us to be aware of, and "cancel subscription." *Comments are not sent to the help desk. If you need assistance, please reach out at [email protected]*

Please note: You must complete this process for your subscription to be canceled.

Updating your billing address
To edit your billing address, please log in to your account.

Choose the "Payment Methods" option at the top of the screen.

If you're on a mobile browser use the drop-down menu under the LUCY logo that says subscriptions.

Select "Edit" to update your payment method. You can also add a payment method by selecting "Add Payment Method".

You can move subscriptions to different payment methods if you'd like.

Can I split my order?
We have a couple of options to split your order between two flavors.

  • Option 1: Alternate your flavors and receive one flavor the first month and the other flavor the following month for $35 per shipment

  • Option 2: Receive both of your desired flavors (9 packs of each) every month for $70 per shipment

  • Option 3: Receive both of your desired flavors (9 packs of each) every other month for $70 per shipment

To do this, log in to your account.

  • Scroll down until you see the "Add Subscription" option

  • Select "Chew+Park 9 Pack"

  • Select the flavor you'd like to receive

  • Select 1 - this will give you 9 packs of the first flavor

  • Once you update this it will put you back on your account page

  • Scroll down to see your subscriptions

  • Click the "edit" to update the date

  • From there you will want to update when you receive this recurring order and the delivery schedule. Input the date you'd like this flavor to ship. Update the delivery schedule to every two months.

  • Repeat this process for your active subscription. Be sure to change the flavor as well!

Other edits 
Select "edit." You can update your delivery schedule, card on file, flavor preferences, and more. *Please reach out to [email protected] if you need further assistance.*

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive any future orders or charges. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
