Are you available in stores?

You must select Lucy package protection at checkout for your order to be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. Lucy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if Lucy's package protection was not applied at the time of purchase. 

In the unfortunate case that your order does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Lucy and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Lucy package protection at checkout. We require five days from the last scan date before a replacement can be shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

Lucy Breakers contain 4 or 8mg pure, non-tobacco nicotine and the following ingredients: Erythritol, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, food-grade flavors, hydroxypropyl cellulose, propylene glycol, calcium lactate, MCT, sucralose, and potassium sorbate.

Lucy Breakers are sugar-free.

What ingredients are in Lucy Breakers?

Lucy Pouches contain 4, 8, or 12 mg pure, non-tobacco nicotine and the following ingredients:  Maltitol, non-tobacco nicotine, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium lactate, sodium carbonate, MCT, glycerol, food-grade flavors, propylene glycol, acesulfame potassium, and are sugar-free.

What ingredients are in Lucy Pouches?

Most orders ship within one to two business days. Carriers no longer prioritize scanning shipping labels. Your order has left our warehouse if you've received an email with tracking information. Please give your order a little more time to show movement.
